The intricate relationship between emergency mental health and the innate human capacity for resilience. Drawing upon a multidisciplinary framework encompassing psychology, sociology, and public health, this study aims to dissect the various dimensions of emergency-induced mental health challenges while highlighting the remarkable resilience that individuals and communities can exhibit during such times.
