The Pharmaceutical Revolution can be characterized by the rapid and remarkable progress made in the pharmaceutical industry, primarily focusing on drug discovery, development, and delivery. This revolution has been empowered by key factors such as advancements in genomics, proteomics, and molecular biology, which have unlocked new pathways for drug development. One of the most significant contributions of the Pharmaceutical Revolution is the emergence of precision medicine. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, precision medicine tailors treatments to individual patients based on their genetic makeup, lifestyle, and environmental factors.
